POS Machine Usage Report
1. POS Header
Header of the screen displaying the POS (Point of Sale) machine name and its operational status.

2. Activity Section
Section displaying a list of all activities that occurred on this POS machine, with details about the activity, date, and additional description.

3. Example Activities
Signed in:
The user signed in to the POS system.
Example: Treewit Chanasombat logged in to the system.
Signed out:
The user signed out from the POS system.
Example: Treewit Chanasombat logged out of the system.
Rejected account:
The customer's account creation request was rejected.
Example: Account guest0000001 was rejected.
Approved account:
The customer's account creation request was approved.
Example: Account Chutimon Jantranan was approved.
Sale completed:
The sales transaction was completed.
Example: Sale related to document number RE202411210001.
4. Real-World Usage
Track POS Usage: Administrators can see when and by whom the POS was used.
Verify Important Activities: Such as customer account approvals or rejections and completed sales.
Check for Unusual Usage: Such as out-of-hours logins or repeated rejections.
